How do I edit attachments?

If you have an attachment that may be edited (say a spreadsheet) first click it to download onto your computer. This means that once they have been edited the item it needs to be re-attached; replacing the original version which is still there.

So the process is:

  1. Open the attachment.
  2. Edit the attachment and save it somewhere on your computer.
  3. Back in Audit Assistant, click the 'edit' icon on the original attachment.
  4. Select 'replace file' and browse to your edited version.
  5. Upload the new version, replacing the original.
