How do I change my password or get a new one?

To change your own password log in and go to the 'Users' tab in the sidebar on the homepage. You can then enter a new password (twice to verify) and save.

If you have forgotten your password you may get your account owner to go to their 'Users' tab where they may change passwords for all staff members. 

Or you may contact support and we can assign you a temporary password. 

If someone has left the firm and you don't want them to have access but still want their names appearing on still open jobs that they have worked on we suggest the account owner changes their password.
